Sumit Dhaiya an Ex student of Patiala school for the deaf has made India proud by winning Gold medal in Deaf Olympics being held in Brazil now. In 2018 when he was in the schools he represented India in Deaf Olympics held in Turkey and had win Bronze medal. In 2021he won Gold medal and now again another Gold Medal.
